From a young age, I observed how some people seemed to flow effortlessly through life, finding joy in everything from a walk in nature to mundane tasks like cleaning. This observation sparked a curiosity in me: Why are some people consistently happy, while others find each day a struggle?


My quest to answer this question began in my childhood home, where I turned even the simplest activities into opportunities for enjoyment. Whether it was dancing while cleaning my room or turning study sessions into energetic, music-filled experiences, I learned early on that happiness is not just found—it's created.


This proactive approach to life led me through various roles—from waitressing to tutoring—where I consistently sought to make the best of every situation for myself and those around me. Why dwell on negativity when you can transform your perspective and find joy?


One pivotal moment that stands out was during a family trip to Poland when our car broke down. While my parents were stressed, I, at 14, saw it as an adventure. Our unexpected hotel stay, a first for our humble family, turned into one of the best memories of my childhood, showcasing my knack for turning challenges into positive experiences.


This mindset carried me through my studies and travels, from working in a hotel in my early twenties, where I turned mundane tasks into fun, team-building activities, to my semester abroad in Mexico. There, my spontaneous nature led me to stay with a local Maya family, an experience that broadened my horizons and deepened my appreciation for diverse lifestyles and perspectives.


However, it was during my master's studies, amidst the personal lows of COVID and a painful breakup, that I truly put my theories to the test. I developed what I now call the Life Strategy Formula—a proactive, scientifically-backed approach to crafting a life of happiness and fulfillment. This formula transformed my life, leading me from a dark apartment to living my dream on the beaches of Spain, surrounded by friends, dance, and continual learning.
